Payment

The payment details must include the booking period and the name of the person making the booking.
It will be our pleasure to contact you as soon as when we recive the deposit.

The deposit must be paid, in one of the following ways:

Bank transfer

It is necessary to indicate the booking period and the name of the booker in the payment details.

Credit card (only for online reservations)

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellations and changes

• if cancellations or changes are made up to 61 days before the date of arrival, no amount will be charged;

• if cancellation or changes are made within 60 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the total stay will be retained; 
• in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged and the room will be kept available until 10:00 on the following the first night, in case the customer arrives for any subsequent nights.

Check in and check out

The booked rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. You are kindly requested to vacate the room by 10 am on the day of departure.
