Payment

Payment of 50% of the total estimated amount is required 60 days prior to check-in; the balance will be paid directly at the property during your stay.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the confirmation deposit.

The deposit can be paid using one of the following methods:

It is necessary to indicate the booking period and the name of the booker in the payment details.

Credit card (only for online reservations)

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellations and changes

• if cancellations or changes are made up to 61 days before the date of arrival, no amount will be charged;

• In the event of cancellations or changes made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount of the stay will be retained;
• In the event of a no-show, the room will be held until 10:00 a.m. on the day following the first night, should the guest arrive for any subsequent nights.

Check in and check out

The booked rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. You are kindly requested to vacate the room by 10 am on the day of departure.
