A booking deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay is required, to be paid within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date.

The balance must be paid directly at the property during your stay.

We will contact you as soon as we have received the booking deposit.

The deposit can be paid using one of the following methods:

Please state the booking period and the name of the person making the booking in the payment details.

Credit card (only for online reservations)

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellations or changes made up to 61 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charge;

Pursuant to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, the booking deposit is non-refundable:
For cancellations or changes made within 60 days of the check-in date, the booking deposit, equal to 25 per cent of the total cost of the stay, will be retained;
In the event of a no-show, 100 per cent of the total cost of the stay will be charged. The room will, however, remain available until 10.00 am on the day following the first night. Should the guest arrive for any subsequent nights, the booking will remain valid.

Rooms will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
